A:
Second-hand vehicles do not have a standard warranty. However, all vehicles are inspected before shipment to ensure engine and wiring are problem-free. We provide accessories at lower-than-market prices and technical support.
Q:How do you transport the vehicles?
A:
We usually transport vehicles to the destination port using bulk carriers. If bulk carriers are unavailable, we use ro-ro ships. We can also quote FOB prices if you have your own shipping company.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
Left-hand drive trucks typically take about 25 days. Delivery times vary by port: 40-45 days for West Africa, 25-30 days for South Africa, and 20-25 days for East Africa. Overtime work can be arranged if needed.
Q:What payment methods are accepted?
A:
We generally accept final payment before shipment. To show sincerity, we accept 50% T/T deposit, 30% T/T after refurbishment, and the final payment after issuing the bill of lading copy.
Q:How can I ensure the vehicle arrives safely?
A:
The bill of lading copy serves as a delivery certificate showing vehicle and ship information, which can be verified in any browser. We also offer flexible payment adjustments if you have concerns.
