Q:What is the warranty period for this used excavator?
A:
The warranty is negotiable. Unlike new vehicles, second-hand vehicles generally have no standard warranty, but all units are inspected before shipment to ensure the engine and wiring are free of problems.
Q:How is the transportation arranged?
A:
We usually transport the vehicle to the destination port using bulk carriers or ro-ro ships. If you have your own shipping company, we can quote FOB price and transport it to the departure port for your forwarder.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
Delivery time depends on the destination port. It takes about 40-45 days for West African ports, 25-30 days for South African ports, and 20-25 days for East African ports. Left-hand drive trucks usually take about 25 days.
Q:What payment methods are accepted?
A:
We accept T/T and Western Union. The standard method is a 50% T/T deposit, 30% T/T payment after the vehicle is refurbished, and the final payment after issuing a copy of the bill of lading.
Q:Do you provide after-sales service and spare parts?
A:
Yes, we provide online support and video technical support. We also supply spare parts at prices lower than the market rate, supported by our own factories and technicians.
