Q:How do you transport the vehicles?
A:
We usually transport vehicles to the destination port using bulk carriers or Ro-Ro ships. If you have your own shipping company, we can quote FOB price and transport to the departure port for your forwarder.
Q:How long does delivery take?
A:
Delivery typically takes about 25 days for left-hand drive trucks. Transit time varies by destination: 40-45 days for West Africa, 25-30 days for South Africa, and 20-25 days for East Africa.
Q:How can you ensure the vehicle arrives safely?
A:
We offer flexible payment terms including 50% T/T deposit and 30% after refurbishment, with final payment upon receiving the bill of lading copy which serves as a delivery certificate.
Q:Is there a warranty for used buses?
A:
Second-hand vehicles do not come with a standard warranty. However, all vehicles are inspected before shipment to ensure the engine and wiring are problem-free.
