Q:Who are you?

We are a professional exporter of used vehicles based in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China.
Q:How do you transport the vehicles?
A:
We usually use bulk carriers or ro-ro ships to deliver to the destination port. If you have your own shipping company, we can quote FOB price and deliver to the departure port for your forwarder.
Q:How long does delivery take?
A:
Left-hand drive trucks take about 25 days. Transportation time varies by port: 40-45 days for West Africa, 25-30 days for South Africa, and 20-25 days for East Africa.
Q:How can you ensure the vehicle arrives safely?
A:
We accept 50% T/T deposit, 30% T/T after refurbishment, and final payment upon issuing the bill of lading copy, which serves as a delivery certificate showing vehicle and ship details.
Q:Is there a warranty for used buses?
A:
Second-hand vehicles do not come with a standard warranty. However, all vehicles are inspected before shipment to ensure engine and wiring are problem-free.
