Q:Are the welding points of dog crates easily to get broken?

Please do not worry about it. We test the tensile strength during the manufacturing process, and sample testing is also conducted on finished products.
Q:Do the fences of the dog crates rust easily?

Before painting, the fences are sand-blasted and cleaned three times: 1. water cleaning, 2. parkerising, 3. water cleaning. The powder we use is Dupont or Aksu, which are international famous brands. This ensures that the plastic layer is beautiful, firm, and smooth, and the surface is anti-corrosion.
Q:What if the quality does not meet our requirements?

Our factory has strict quality inspections at every step and guarantees to keep the defective rate down to 0.1%. However, if there is any problem, we guarantee to solve it within 3 working days after receiving your pictures or videos.
