We are a professional machinery manufacturer with over 20 years of experience in vacuum emulsifying mixers, filling machines, RO water treatment, capping machines, and labeling machines for cosmetics, food, and chemical industries. We have two factories, one in Jiangsu Province and another in Guangzhou next to our office.

Q:How can you control the quality before delivery?

Quality control is based on ISO 9001 and GMP requirements. All processes are under QA monitoring, and our quality control team tests machine performance and running speed before shipment. We invite you to verify the machines at our factory. If your schedule is busy, we will record the testing procedure on video and send it to you.

Q:How long is your warranty? After warranty, what if we encounter problem about the machine?

Our warranty is one year. After the warranty period, we still offer lifetime after-sales service. If you encounter problems, we are always there to help. If the problem is easy to solve, we will shoot a solution video for you. If the video does not work out, we will send an engineer to your factory.

Q:Are your machines difficult to operate? How do you teach us using the machine?
