Original 6ES7340-1AH02-0AE0 is CP340 communication module for S7-300 PLC. It adopts isolated RS232 DB9 port for point-to-point data transmission and can be mounted directly on standard S7-300 DIN rail

Three built-in protocols including ASCII,3964(R) and printer driver are available. Users can connect weighing sensor, barcode scanner and industrial printer without extra firmware.

The module equips with 1024-byte TX buffer and 1024-byte RX buffer. Max baud rate is 19.2kbit/s, and the maximum RS232 cable length is 15 meters.

It is powered by PLC backplane 5VDC with rated current 165mA and typical power 0.6W. No external 24V power supply is needed during operation.

It works well with STEP7 V5.5 and all TIA Portal versions, matching all S7-300 CPU and ET200M remote rack for system configuration.

Industrial PCB design ensures stable performance under harsh workshop environment.

This is single-slot S7-300 module with size 40x125x120mm. Multiple modules can be installed together to expand serial ports without occupying CPU IO resources.

Made in Germany with CE and RoHS certificates. This model is discontinued and widely used as replacement spare part for old production line maintenance and upgrade.
