Q:Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A manufacturer, we have our own factory.
Q:What are your transaction terms and payment terms?
A:
Our trade terms are FOB, CFR, and CIF. The payment terms are a 30% deposit to be paid via T/T before mass production, and the balance to be paid upon receipt of a copy of the bill of lading (L/C to be provided immediately).
Q:Can I order some samples for testing?
A:
The samples will be invoiced at FOB price, but will be refunded when you place an order and meet 20 pieces of each style and color.
Q:How do you ensure that we receive high-quality products?
A:
We have internal quality control checks, and if you are willing, we may conduct testing on bulk products or third-party AQL inspections. We attach great importance to product quality and provide a three-year warranty under normal use.
