Our standard sampling time typically takes 10 business days upon receiving your artwork and deposit. We also offer an expedited sampling service (5-7 days) for urgent requirements. Please note that this timeline does not include the international shipping time, which usually takes an additional 3-7 days depending on the courier (FedEx/DHL/UPS).

The standard mass production time is 20-25 days for orders ranging from 500 to 1,000 pieces (for larger quantities, the delivery date will be confirmed in the PI). The production timeline officially starts only after final sample approval, receipt of 30% deposit, and confirmation of all customized accessories (labels, tags, packaging). We strictly follow the production schedule to ensure on-time shipment.

We offer flexible shipping terms including EXW, FOB, and CIF. We have established long-term partnerships with major couriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS) for samples and small orders, and reliable sea/air freight forwarders for bulk orders. Importantly, we also fully cooperate with your appointed forwarding agents. We will ensure all necessary customs clearance documents (Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L) are prepared accurately and promptly.
