Each machine has an instruction book. We also offer video support. Learning in our factory is for free. We can also send a technician to your factory with cost if needed.

What are your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB NINGBO, and CIF. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.

What is the lead time for mass production?

Sample Order: 1-3 days after receipt of the full payment. Stock Order: 3-7 days after receipt of the full payment. OEM Order: 20-30 days after receipt of the deposit.

How long is the warranty period?

We offer two-year warranty, including spare parts are given free replacement; electrical products within 6 months of free replacement or repair. Lifetime after-sales service.
