Q:What types of FIBC bags do you produce?

We specialize in FIBC bulk bags including baffled anti-deformation bags, breathable bulk bags, leak-proof powder bags, UN-certified dangerous goods FIBCs, sling bags / flexible pallet covers, container liners, waterproof & sun-resistant tarpaulins. Customization is available for various structures (2-loop, 4-loop, top fill & bottom discharge spouts) and sizes. Our products are widely applied in food, chemical, grain, mineral and construction material industries.
Q:What is the difference between baffle FIBC and standard FIBC?
A:
Baffle FIBC is equipped with four internal corner baffles. It keeps a neat cubic shape without bulging after filling, featuring upright performance and stable stacking, which effectively saves warehouse and container space. Standard FIBC is prone to bulging and poor stability, not suitable for high stacking and compact container loading.
Q:Can I customize the size and load capacity?
A:
We support customized sizes and load capacities. The standard load ranges from 500kg to 3000kg with regular sizes available. We can customize fabric weight, lifting loops, PE liner, inlet and outlet spouts according to customers' material characteristics and loading requirements.
Q:What's your quality standard? Do you have certificates?
A:
All products are manufactured in strict accordance with export quality standards with a safety ratio of 5:1 or 6:1. Third-party inspection is supported. We can provide UN certificates, SGS test reports and material reports to meet overseas export, sea freight and customs clearance requirements.

Yes, it can be customized leak-proof for powder and fine particles. Reinforced stitching, leak-proof cotton strips and matched PE inner liner effectively prevent material leakage and dust, ensuring excellent tightness for powder and granular material transportation
