AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier operates in electronics, optical instruments, integrated circuits, software, technical services, and medical devices, including licensed production and management of Class II and Class III medical devices. It holds an ISO9001:2015 certificate and reports one R&D engineer and one quality inspector. The supplier provides sample, design, full, and minor customization, has introduced new products within the past year, offers ODM services, and has an available SDK. It reports OEM service for well-known brands and participation in the PHOTONICS offline trade show. However, finished-product inspections and service-management procedures lack written records, and no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch is available. Export experience is stated as 19 years, but production scale and detailed customer references are not provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is a diversified technology and medical-device business engaged in electronics, optical instruments, integrated circuits, software development, technical services, imports and exports, and Class II/Class III medical-device production and management. This supports classification as a manufacturer and technology-oriented supplier, although the slices do not establish its primary product category or production scale.

CertificationsThe supplier explicitly reports holding an ISO9001:2015 certificate, providing evidence of a certified quality-management system. No additional certifications or certificate scope details are provided.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports one year of total R&D-engineer experience, new products introduced during the past year, ODM capability, and an available SDK. These are direct indicators of product-development activity, but the very limited stated R&D staffing prevents assessment of depth or scale.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, and minor customization, with the same design-service capabilities reported in its quality-related information. It also provides ODM services, directly supporting broad customization capability.
