AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryCVR PRO AUDIO CO., LTD is identified as a China-based private manufacturer/factory in Guangdong operating in electrical and electronics, with audio equipment as its stated business scope and product offering. The supplier supports multiple customization formats, but the available evidence indicates no new products in the past year, no ODM service, no SDK, and no OEM service for popular brands. Overseas support is limited: there is no overseas showroom, agent, branch, or reported offline trade-show participation. Service documentation is incomplete, with no written complaint-handling procedures or records and no written records for corrective and preventive actions. Audit information identifies TUV Rheinland, but the audit result is recorded as 0 and the listed report validity ended on 2025-06-19. Financial information is limited to year labels without performance values, so credibility cannot be assessed. No customer cases are provided.

CertificationsA supplier audit was conducted by TUV Rheinland, with a listed report period from 2024-06-20 to 2025-06-19. However, the audit evaluation result is recorded as 0, and no specific certification, certificate scope, or currently valid certification is provided.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has a corrective and preventive action procedure but no written records, and it has no written procedures or records for handling customer complaints. It accepts several service quotation and payment terms and reports a one-month average lead time in both peak and off-season, but overseas service infrastructure is absent and service capability evidence is incomplete.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports no new products in the past year and no available SDK, and it does not provide ODM services. Although it offers design-related customization, the explicit absence of recent product development and SDK support indicates a deficiency in demonstrated innovation resources.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. These repeated entries provide direct evidence of broad customization service capability.
