Cleaning is designed to be fast and tool-free. The side-opening hopper gives full access to the interior. The auger screw, hopper stirrer, and filling nozzle can all be quickly disassembled without tools for thorough washing. All product-contact parts are 304 stainless steel and can be cleaned with water, detergent, or food-safe sanitizer. A typical product changeover with full cleaning takes 15-30 minutes.

A volumetric filler doses powder by volume (e.g., a measuring cup or fixed auger revolutions)- if powder density changes, fill weight changes. Our machine combines auger dosing with load-cell weighing feedback: the PLC continuously measures actual weight and adjusts auger revolutions to hit the target. This closed-loop system delivers significantly better accuracy, especially when product density varies due to humidity, settling, or batch differences.

Absolutely. The chain-conveyor design is compatible with standard bottle unscramblers, capping machines, induction sealers, and labeling machines. The Siemens PLC supports standard I/O signaling for inter-machine communication. We can customize conveyor height, infeed/outfeed length, and control interfaces to match your existing line layout.

Yes. Each machine comes with a comprehensive English operation manual, electrical wiring diagram, maintenance guide, and video tutorials. For first-time buyers, we recommend factory acceptance testing (FAT) at our facility, where your operators receive hands-on training before shipment. On-site installation by our engineer is also available (travel costs apply). Most customers find remote video support sufficient for installation and commissioning.

Yes, the machine's modular design supports future upgrade to dual-head configuration. The frame, control cabinet, and conveyor are engineered with capacity headroom.
