A: The single-cutter configuration produces individual, separate pouches - each bag is cut apart. The double-cutter configuration produces continuous-linked bags (a strip of connected pouches that can be torn apart by the end user). Q:Can this machine handle oily products like chili oil or peanut butter?

A: Yes. The CCX-VP-001 uses a rotor pump filling system specifically designed for viscous, oily, and semi-liquid products. The PID-controlled heat sealing bars are engineered to create strong, leak-proof seals even on film contaminated with oil residue at the sealing zone. This is one of our most popular machines for chili oil and sauce packaging.
Q:How long does it take to change bag sizes?
A:
A: A trained operator can complete a bag-size changeover in approximately 15-30 minutes, depending on the size difference. The touchscreen stores recipe parameters for each SKU, so you simply select the recipe and make minor mechanical adjustments. No tools required for most adjustments.
Q:Is the machine easy to operate? What skill level is required?
A:
The CCX-VP-001 features an intuitive touchscreen interface. Any worker with basic mechanical aptitude can learn to operate it after 1-2 days of training. There are no complex programming requirements -the HMI guides operators through all functions including parameter setting, recipe management, and fault diagnosis.
