Q:What is the difference between a flat labeler and a round-bottle labeler?

A flat (top) labeler applies labels onto horizontal top surfaces as products pass on a straight conveyor -s. If your line includes both, the two machines can be connected inline.

Q:What products can this machine label?

Any flat or near-flat top surface: cartons, boxes, books, folders, cards, hang tags, flat pouches and bags, jar lids and caps, electronic trays, plastic/metal panels - and adhesive protective film. Product size range is 40-400 mm long, 40-200 mm wide, 0.2-150 mm thick. Send us your product dimensions and we will confirm compatibility with a free test run.

Q:Can it apply protective film as well as labels?

Yes. The machine applies self-adhesive labels or adhesive film on flat surfaces - including anti-scratch protective film. The even-pressure overlabeling mechanism eliminates the bubbles and wrinkles common with manual film application.

Q:Can it handle uneven or slightly curved surfaces?

Yes - by swapping the overlabeling (pressing) mechanism for one matched to your surface shape. Tell us your product profile; we will configure the correct pressing unit and verify it on your samples.

Q:Can it print dates or batch codes

Yes -a ribbon (thermal transfer) coder, hot-stamp coder or inkjet printer can be mounted on the machine frame to print date/batch codes during labeling. Mention it at inquiry stage.
