Full range of pedestrian access control equipment: speed gates, wing gates, swing barriers, tripod turnstiles, full-height turnstiles, border/customs AB gates, scenic area ticket-checking turnstiles, and kindergarten-specific turnstiles; supporting accessories include facial recognition terminals, card readers, QR code scanning modules, and software/hardware for facial recognition payment systems and scenic area ticketing management systems.

Q:Are you an original factory or a middleman?

Chuangyitong (Shenzhen) Intelligent Technology is an original manufacturer integrating R&D (both software and hardware), in-house production and design, and direct sales. We have our own sheet metal fabrication and complete machine assembly workshops.
Q:Can you support customization in appearance and functionality?
A:
Yes, we support full-dimensional customization: appearance, body dimensions, color electroplating and baking paint, logo engraving, barrier width, passage logic, and secondary development of software functions.
Q:What is the warranty period for the whole unit, and what is the repair policy for components?
A:
The whole unit comes with a free 12-month warranty; the core electronic control parts (mechanism and main control board) are covered by a 24-month warranty. Within the warranty period, non-human-induced or non-natural-disaster damage is covered by free replacement with new parts. Damage caused by intentional impact, natural disasters (e.g., flooding), or unauthorized disassembly is not covered under the free warranty.
