Q:What materials do you use? Are they internationally compliant?

We adopt high-quality NBR, EVA and PU foam materials. All raw materials meet RoHS and REACH standards, non-toxic and eco-friendly for European and North American markets. Test reports are available on request.
Q:How do you guarantee product quality and durability?
A:
We implement a complete 3-step inspection including incoming material test, semi-finished sampling and finished product full check. Closed-cell foam structure ensures our products wear-resistant, aging-resistant, elastic, not easy to deform or fade for long-term stable use.
Q:Can I get samples and customized services?
A:
Yes. Stock samples take 1-3 working days, and custom samples with special sizes, colors or logos take 5-7 working days. Full OEM/ODM is supported for size, hardness, shape, logo and packaging customization. Mold fees depend on product complexity, which can be waived for large orders, with 5-10 working days mold lead time.
Q:What shipping and trade services do you provide?
A:
We provide express, air and sea freight services, plus DDP door-to-door delivery. Main loading ports are Shenzhen and Guangzhou. We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP terms and provide full tracking documents for logistics checking.
Q:How do you handle after-sales problems?
A:
For product quality issues, please contact us with photos, and we will reply within 24 hours with replacement, remaking or refund solutions. We compensate for damage caused by poor packaging and assist in logistics claim settlement.
