The AA3000 series aluminum coil features excellent strength and corrosion resistance, effectively withstanding environmental factors such as rain and moisture. The main alloys are AA3003, AA3004, AA3105, etc. of the 3000 series aluminum alloys. The thickness ranges from 0.25 - 1.5mm, and the maximum width can reach 2000mm, meeting the diverse needs of different projects.

It is widely used in building drainage systems, such as rain gutters and downspouts of residential and commercial buildings. Due to its excellent performance, it can ensure efficient water drainage and protect buildings from rain damage.

Common coatings include Polyester (PE), High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), and Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF). The PE coating is cost-effective with good colorability and processing properties. The HDPE has strong chemical corrosion resistance, and the PVDF coating has excellent weather resistance and fade-resistance, enabling long-term use in harsh environments.

During installation, avoid direct contact between the aluminum coil and dissimilar metals such as copper, zinc, and steel, as electrochemical reactions may occur between different metals, leading to corrosion. Also, prevent contact with corrosive materials such as concrete, plaster, and pressure-treated wood. If contact cannot be avoided, isolation measures should be taken.
