Q:What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs. We accept lower quantity for your trial order. 1pcs for sample and 200pcs for bulk as a trial order.
Q:Can I get samples?
A:
Of course. We usually provide an existing sample for free. If you need more than one sample, we also can provide customized samples to you, but it needs sample fee. The fee can give back to you when you place order and order qty is above 3000pcs.
Q:How long is the sample lead time?
A:
For existing samples, in 2-3 days will be sent out. If you want your own designs, about 7 days will be ready, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
Q:How long is the production lead time?
A:
It takes 25-35 days after received deposit and all packing materials are confirmed. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q:What documents do you need if I want my own design?
A:
We have our own designer in company. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
