AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryGuangzhou New Color Printing Co., Ltd. is a limited company engaged in book printing, packaging and decoration design, wholesale, retail, and import/export activities. It holds a valid import/export license and is described as ISO 9001 certified since 2001, although the supplied audit result does not establish a positive evaluation. The supplier offers sample-based customization but reports no new products in the past year, no ODM service, and no available SDK. It has attended the Frankfurter Buchmesse and reportedly participates in several international book fairs, but has no overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, or branches. Service-management documentation is weak: no written procedures or records were provided for supplier assessment, corrective actions, or complaint handling. Production scale information is inconsistent, with one source stating 55 employees and another describing more than 600 workers; therefore, capacity cannot be confirmed conclusively. Customer relationships with leading EU/US...

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a limited company with an affiliated company and a combined company type. Its stated business scope includes wholesale, retail, import/export, packaging and decoration design services, while its primary and offered product is book printing.

CertificationsThe company description states that the supplier has been ISO 9001 certified since 2001. However, the supplied TUV Rheinland audit record lists an evaluation result of 0, so the audit information does not independently confirm a favorable certification or audit outcome.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports no written procedures or records for complaint handling, corrective and preventive actions, or service-capability assessment. It also has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch, although it accepts several service payment and quotation terms and reports a one-month lead time in both peak and off-season.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports no new products during the past year, no available SDK, and no ODM service. Its company description claims integrated R&D and quality-control processes and innovative solutions, but the explicit capability responses provide limited evidence of current innovation output.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides customization from samples and offers packaging and decoration design services. Its stated commitment to tailored solutions supports customization capability, although no detailed customization scope, process, or project examples are provided.
