Please provide the battery type (3.7V Li-ion or 3.2V LiFePo4), number of cells in series, peak power watt of the load/motor, and the intended application.

Q:How to activate the BMS?

Activation methods include: 1) Using the activation switch on the power board; 2) Pressing the button on the Bluetooth module; 3) Charging activation by connecting the B-line to the total negative pole.

Q:What is the balance function?

When a cell reaches balance voltage (4.18V for Li-ion, 3.6V for LiFePo4), it discharges at 35mA while others charge. If overcharge voltage is reached, protection stops all charging to balance voltage.

Q:What type of charger should I choose?

Use specific lithium battery chargers. LiFePo4 voltage = strings x 3.6V; Li-ion voltage = strings x 4.2V. Do not use lead-acid chargers as they may lack proper over-charge protection.
