Q:What is the difference between a stem caster and a plate caster?
A:
A stem caster mounts by inserting a stem into a tube or socket, which is the standard fit for scaffold legs and tube frames. A plate caster bolts onto a flat surface with four bolts. This DC-SC model uses the American stem type.
Q:Is 400 kg the load for one wheel or for a set of four?
A:
400 kg is the rating for one wheel. For a set of four wheels the rated load is 1200 kg, calculated as 3 x 400 kg, because on an uneven floor only three of the four wheels are fully loaded at any moment. We do not recommend loading a set of four above 1200 kg.
Q:Can I get CAD drawings and load test data?
A:
Yes. 2D drawings in DWG or DXF, 3D models in STEP or IGES, and load test data are available on request. Tell us your stem diameter and overall height and we will send the matching file.
Q:What are the commercial terms?
A:
FOB Ningbo or Yiwu. CIF, CFR and EXW are negotiable. MOQ is 500 pcs per model for standard items and 5,000 pcs per model for OEM customization. Lead time is about 10 days for orders up to 2,000 pcs after deposit. Payment is T/T 30 percent deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading, and other payment methods can be discussed. Samples are available with freight collected.
Q:What is the warranty and after-sales service?
A:
12 month warranty on wheels and yokes, free replacement for any quality defect confirmed by photo or video, technical support during working hours, and mounting guidance provided with every shipment.
