Q:What is the difference between a leveling caster and a normal caster?
A:
A normal caster only rolls. A leveling caster has a threaded spindle built in, so after you roll the equipment into place you can extend the foot to lift the wheel, level the equipment and stop it from moving.
Q:How do I calculate how many leveling casters I need?
A:
Take the total moving weight and divide by 3, not 4. Industry practice counts only three of four wheels as load bearing at any moment because a floor is never perfectly level. For a 150 kg cart that is 50 kg per wheel, which matches this model.
Q:Can I get CAD drawings and load test data?
A:
Yes. 2D drawings in DWG or DXF, 3D models in STEP or IGES and load test data are available on request. Tell us your mounting type and we will send the matching file.
Q:What are the commercial terms?
A:
FOB Ningbo. CIF, CFR and EXW are negotiable. MOQ is 4 pcs for standard items. Lead time is about 10 days after deposit. Payment is T/T 30 percent deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. Samples are available with freight collected.
Q:What is the warranty policy?
A:
12 month warranty on the frame and wheel, free replacement for any quality defect confirmed by photo or video, technical support during working hours and mounting guidance with every shipment.
