Q:What is the difference between swivel, rigid and brake casters?
A:
A swivel caster rotates 360 degrees for steering, a rigid (fixed) caster keeps the cart tracking straight, and a brake version stops the wheel so the equipment stays put while loaded.
Q:How many casters do I need and what load rating should I specify?
A:
Divide your total moving weight by three, not four - on uneven ground only three of four wheels are fully loaded at any moment. If your figure sits close to the limit, move up one size.
Q:Is this caster suitable for outdoor use?
A:
This series is rated for indoor and sheltered use. For continuous outdoor duty, ask us and we will confirm the right wheel and finish for the job.
Q:What are the commercial terms?
A:
FOB Ningbo or Yiwu. CIF, CFR and EXW are negotiable. MOQ is 500 pcs per SKU for standard items and 5,000 pcs per model for OEM customization. Lead time is about 10 days for orders up to 2,000 pcs after deposit. Payment is T/T 30 percent deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. Samples are available with freight collected.
Q:What is the warranty policy?
A:
12 month warranty on brackets and wheels, free replacement for any quality defect confirmed by photo or video, technical support during working hours, and mounting guidance provided with every shipment.
