Q:Should I choose open twin or shrouded twin?
A:
Choose shrouded twin for environments requiring washing or moving between clean wards, as it keeps debris out of the bearing. Choose open twin for lower rolling resistance and tighter turning in narrow aisles.
Q:Does the brake lock the wheel or the swivel as well?
A:
On this version, the brake locks the wheel only. The swivel head still pivots, so the caster will stop rolling but may swing sideways. For a total lock, specify a central lock or pin stem caster.
Q:Will these casters mark vinyl or terrazzo floors?
A:
The soft TPR tread does not transfer black scuffs typical of hard rubber. However, no caster is entirely mark-free on every floor, especially if grit is trapped. We do not promise mark-free performance without knowing your specific floor type.
Q:Are you the manufacturer of this specific range?

No. DANCYCASTOR is the manufacturer and exporter, but this threaded stem range is produced to our specification by an audited partner factory in Hebei, China. We control material inspection, load verification, and final packing in-house.
Q:What are the commercial terms and MOQ?
A:
Terms are FOB Ningbo or Yiwu. MOQ is 1000 pcs for 2.5, 3-inch, and shrouded versions, and 500 pcs for 4 and 5-inch open twins. Mixed orders start at 250 pcs. Payment is T/T with 30% deposit.
