Q:What stem size do I need for my office chair?
A:
Most office and gaming chairs use an 11 mm grip-ring (insert-rod) stem. For chairs with a threaded socket, we supply an M10 x 25 mm threaded stem. Please measure your old stem diameter before ordering.
Q:What is the difference between swivel and swivel with brake?
A:
Swivel rotates a full 360 degrees for easy steering. Swivel with total-lock brake stops both the wheel and the swivel head at the same time, so the chair stays put when locked.
Q:How much weight can a set of four carry?
A:
Each wheel is rated 60 kg, and a set of four is rated 180 kg in total. We count three of the four wheels as load bearing at any moment because a floor is never perfectly level.
Q:What are the commercial terms and payment methods?
A:
FOB Ningbo or Yiwu. CIF, CFR, and EXW are negotiable. Payment is T/T 30 percent deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading.
Q:What is the MOQ and lead time?
A:
MOQ is 3000 pcs per model for standard items and 5,000 pcs per model for OEM customization. Lead time is about 10 days for orders up to 2,000 pcs after deposit.
