The QT4-15 forms 4 blocks per 15-second cycle and produces over 7,680 pieces of 400x200x200 mm hollow blocks per 8-hour shift. With different moulds it also makes up to 49,920 solid bricks or 20,160 pavers per shift.

What raw materials does it use, and how many workers are needed?

It works with crushed stone, sand, cement, fly ash, cinder, slag, gangue, gravel and perlite. The full automatic line needs only 4 workers, mainly for material loading and brick collection.
