50KN platform vibration with 2800-4500 r/min frequency and 6 motor circuits, for dense and high-strength blocks.

Dedicated PLC control cabinet automatically runs all 6 motor circuits, with real-time parameter display, manual override for each circuit and emergency stop button.

JQ500 mixer (800L input / 500L output, 43% larger than JQ350) with 8M belt conveyor keeps material supply in step with the fast cycle. Only 2-3 workers run the complete line.

Heavy-duty ZQ reducer with bearing-mounted rotary parts, thickened square steel frame and wear-resistant sleeve liners on the 4 guide columns, for long service life and low failure rate.

Can use fly ash, cinder, slag and other industrial waste materials as partial aggregate to reduce raw material cost.
