4 blocks per mould and a 25-40 second cycle, delivering 2,880-3,840 pcs of 400x200x200mm hollow block per 8-hour shift, up to 6,720 pcs with 400x100x200mm moulds.

50KN platform vibration at 2,800-4,500 r/min, driven by 1 x 3KW top vibrator and 2 x 2.2KW bottom vibrators, keeps density and strength uniform across all 4 cavities.

One machine, 63+ block types: 28 hollow/solid blocks, 28 paving blocks and 7 curbstones, with interchangeable moulds that can be changed on site without specialist tools.
