It depends on your raw water quality and permeate water requirements. We select proper processes including pretreatment, RO machine, and posttreatment based on your specific needs.

Q:What is the warranty period?

Our warranty is 1 year. However, based on experience, the machine can work for 5 years before repair.

Q:What materials are used for the machine?

Pretreatment tanks usually use FRP or S.S. The RO frame can be S.S. or carbon steel. Pipes are usually S.S. and UPVC. Materials can be chosen according to special requirements.

Q:What is the control method?

For pretreatment, you can choose manual or automatic. For the whole system, we use relay, PLC, or man-machine interface remote control.

Q:Which spare parts need regular changing?

Filter cartridges in the security filter and RO membranes. Cartridges need changing every 3-6 months, and RO membranes every 1-3 years, depending on water quality and maintenance.
