Q:Can I expect quality products?

Q:Can I get a free sample?

Free cost if the quantity is small or value is not too high, with express charge covered by buyers. For certain items, sample cost is deducted from the first formal order. Everything can be negotiated for sincere cooperation.

Q:What are your payment terms?

T/T in U.S. dollars or EUR. For orders over US$10,000.00, it is 30% T/T in advance, balance payment against the copy of B/L. For orders lower than US$10,000.00, 100% T/T in advance.

Q:What is the lead/shipment time?

Lead time is usually within 15-40 days after reception of deposit. Shipping time from China to Europe is about 22 days; to west of America, 20 days. Shipped by sea, air, DHL, UPS, Fedex, or TNT.
