For the upper end above 10mm, the 4000W system still offers significantly faster multi-pass welding than lower-power alternatives, while the lower end at 2mm gives you flexibility to handle medium structural sections without switching to a lower-power machine.

The jump from 3000W to 4000W represents a meaningful increase in single-pass penetration capability-roughly 2mm to 3mm additional thickness on carbon and stainless steel. More importantly, the 4000W system includes a high-capacity chiller designed for sustained full-power operation, which is essential for fabrication shops running continuous shifts on thick material.

The 4000W system requires a 380V three-phase power supply with appropriate amperage capacity. The external chiller requires its own power connection and adequate ventilation for heat rejection.
