We accept CAD drawings for 2D part specifications and 3D models in STEP/STP format for detailed geometry. Physical samples are also welcome and are valuable for final testing and validation. CAD files and 3D models (STEP/STP) serve different purposes-CAD provides dimensional specifications, while 3D STEP/STP files give us the complete geometric definition for fixture design.

Design iterations are part of the process. The initial testing phase is specifically intended to identify any adjustments needed. Modifications are made based on test results before the fixture is finalized for production.

Yes. Multi-station configurations can accommodate different custom fixtures on different workstations. This allows you to run different parts on the same machine, each with its own dedicated fixture on a specific station. The control system manages the appropriate weld program for each station.
