Enclosed Fiber Laser Welding Machine for Small Metal Parts

This machine is capable of welding parts as small as a few millimeters, depending on material and geometry. The precise energy control and fine spot size make it suitable for micro components such as sensor pins and miniature connectors. We recommend sending your samples for a test to confirm results.

For very thin copper parts (< 0.5mm), the 1500W configuration may be adequate. However, for reliable copper welding on slightly thicker or more conductive parts, we recommend the 2000W configuration. Our engineers can help determine the best power level based on your specific copper workpiece details.

The fiber laser's precise energy control and pulse shaping capabilities allow for minimal heat input. Combined with an external chiller for temperature stability and custom precision fixtures for even heat distribution, thermal distortion is kept to an absolute minimum on thin materials.

The 1500W and 2000W models operate on standard 220V single-phase power, which is common in most facilities. The machine will be configured to match your local power supply specifications.

This machine can perform butt welding, overlap/lap welding, spot welding, and continuous seam welding, which is often used for sealed or enclosed joints. The appropriate joint type and parameters depend on your specific workpiece design and requirements.
