In many projects, drawings and CAD files are enough for early review. Physical samples become more useful when the part has forming deviation, unstable contact surfaces, or special fit-up behavior that drawings do not fully show.

It depends on the material, thickness, joint type, and heat demand. As a practical reference, 1500W is often reviewed for thinner parts, 2000W for more general custom jobs, and 3000W for heavier or more demanding custom parts. We can recommend the more suitable power after reviewing your workpieces.

In some cases, yes. If the parts share enough reference logic and weld access, we may review a shared base with changeable nests or modular locating. If the differences are too large, dedicated fixtures are usually more reliable.

Fixture complexity, part-family range, weld access difficulty, clamping method, and whether the project needs extra rotation, enclosure, or assisted automation usually affect both quotation and lead time the most.
