AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryDazhe Fastener was founded in 2010 and is described as a trading company involved in the R&D, production, sales, and service of metal products, including stamping parts, electronic components, CNC parts, laser-cut parts, milled parts, and fasteners. It reports broad customization and ODM capabilities, recent new-product development, and use of PS and CAD, but lacks auditable R&D documentation. Export experience is substantial, with 13 years of exporting and 90% of sales from exports, while overseas support is limited by the absence of overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, branches, and stated overseas service countries. Quality assurance is reported, but complaint handling, corrective/preventive actions, supplier assessment, and finished-product inspection lack written records or procedures. Inventory capability and participation in Fastener Fair Mexico are documented. Financial credibility cannot be assessed because the provided financial figures are excluded and no non-financial evidence establishes...

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports no written procedures or records for handling customer complaints or corrective and preventive actions. Technical engineers provide technical support for production and after-sales service, and inventory capability is reported, but there are no overseas agents, branches, warehouses, or showrooms and no written supplier-service assessment procedure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year, ODM services, broad design customization, and PS/CAD software capability. However, it has no available SDK and no design-input, output, review, verification, or validation documents available for audit, so innovation capability is evidenced but incompletely documented.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples and designs, full, minor, and flexible customization, together with ODM services. This is direct evidence of broad customization coverage.

Client casesThe supplier reports 13 years of exporting, 90% of sales from exports, participation in Fastener Fair Mexico, and OEM service for well-known brands. These statements indicate export and OEM experience, but no specific customer names, project details, or verifiable case descriptions are provided.
