We offer samples for quality check. However, considering our electric scooter is a big item with great value, we do not offer free samples, and transportation cost is also not contained in sample price.

Q:What's the delivery time?

It usually takes about 7~25 working days. The actual delivery time will be according to different orders. Once we confirm all details, we'll arrange shipment as soon as possible.

The new scooter is only 20% to 30% of the normal battery before out of the factory. The first charge should take 6 to 8 hours to adjust to the power supply. Our chargers have overcharge protection and the charger will automatically power down when the battery is saturated.
