For stock size samples, we provide them for free to test quality, but you must bear the freight cost. For customized samples requiring new moulds, you must bear the sample cost.
Q:What is the normal lead time?

For stock products, goods are sent within 1-7 days after payment. For mass production, the lead time is around 30-40 days, or longer if a new mould is required.
Q:What shipping tools do you use for different orders?
A:
For small trial orders, we use FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc. For larger orders, we arrange shipment by sea or air according to your requirements.
