AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryApex Technologies is a Beijing-based transformer manufacturer offering oil-immersed, dry-type, box-type, special, amorphous-alloy, new-energy transformers, assemblies, and accessories. The supplier reports strong technical capabilities, a strict quality management system, participation in national key engineering projects, and long-term supply relationships with CNPC and COSCO Shipping. However, the available evidence shows limited documented service-management controls: corrective/preventive-action procedures are absent, and complaint-handling and service-capability procedures lack records. The supplier has no inventory, overseas warehouse, showroom, agent or branch, and serves no stated overseas service countries despite reporting that 90% of sales are exports. No new products, ODM, OEM for popular brands, or SDK were reported in the past year. Customization is offered, but raw-material traceability status is unknown. Audit organization and validity dates are provided, but the audit result is recorded...

The company also provides international transportation and spare-parts services.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has procedures for service capability and customer complaints, but no written records, and it has no written corrective/preventive-action procedures or records. These statements support established manufacturing capability, although production scale and capacity metrics are not provided.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. This directly supports a broad stated customization capability, while raw-material traceability remains of unknown status.
