Q:All these doors and windows come with frames to mount on walls?
A:
Yes, every complete set includes finished outer installation frame, sash frame, glass, hardware and sealing strips. They are pre-assembled in factory, ready for direct wall installation after delivery. Custom frame sizes are acceptable.
Q:Will aluminum windows rust? How long is the service life?
A:
No rust. We adopt 6063-T5 aluminum frame with powder coating/anodizing/PVDF finish, featuring excellent anti-corrosion and anti-fading performance, suitable for coastal and humid areas. The service life is over 30 years.
Q:What are the waterproof, windproof and sound insulation effects?
A:
Multi-layer sealing and professional drainage system ensure good waterproof and airtight performance. Wind pressure resistance up to 2.0 kPa, or customized according to project requirements. Standard 5mm-12A-5mm double glazed tempered glass provides 30-40 dB sound insulation. Thermal break aluminum options offer energy saving and heat insulation.
Q:Is the glass safe? What glass types are available?
A:
All glass meets international safety standards, explosion-proof and impact-resistant. We supply single tempered, double hollow tempered, laminated and Low-E glass. Custom thickness and functions (UV-proof, anti-fog) are supported.
