AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is a combined company engaged in the sale and processing of metal, plastic, hardware, plumbing, glass, household, hotel, and construction-related products, with import and export activities subject to applicable approvals. It reports two production lines, six to ten quality-control staff, one-month lead times in both peak and off-peak seasons, and export experience of 12 years. Customization is supported from samples and designs, including full, minor, and flexible customization, and the supplier reports ODM, R&D activity, and OEM service for known brands. However, service-management controls are incomplete: procedures lack records, and complaint handling and corrective actions have no written procedures or records. No certification information, after-sales infrastructure, or customer case details are provided. The supplier has no in-stock capacity, overseas warehouse, or overseas showroom.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a combined company whose scope includes sales and processing of metal, plastic, hardware, plumbing, glass, household, hotel, and construction-related products, together with import and export activities subject to legal approvals. Its offshore business name is explicitly stated as not being an offshore company name.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports no written procedures or records for effective customer complaint handling and no written procedures or records for corrective and preventive actions. It also has no in-stock service capacity, overseas warehouse, or overseas showroom, while manufacturing contracts with associated subcontractors are documented; overall after-sales capability is not fully established.

R&D capabilityThe supplier states that it had new products during the past year and provides ODM services, supporting an active R&D and design capability. However, it reports no available SDK, so the evidence supports product-development capability but not SDK-based innovation or integration.

Production capacityThe supplier operates two production lines, has six to ten quality-control staff, maintains written standard operating procedures for outsourcing, and holds valid manufacturing contracts with associated subcontractors. Lead time is stated as one month in both peak and off-peak seasons, but the factory does not continuously reconcile quantities for each batch or mass production, indicating a documented production-control weakness.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples and designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also reports ODM services and new-product activity during the past year, providing direct evidence of broad customization and design support.

Client casesThe supplier reports providing OEM services for well-known brands, which is evidence of brand-related customer experience. However, no customer names, project descriptions, product examples, or independently verifiable case details are supplied.
