Q:Can the compressor run continuously in 24-hour production?
A:
The series is designed for continuous duty in bottling plants, using efficient compression, air cooling and low-speed running for durability. Recommended duty conditions and maintenance intervals are given in the manual supplied with the unit.
Q:What is the compression configuration?
A:
Screw compression with an integrated gas-booster section and intercooling plus after-cooling to reduce discharge temperature and the load on downstream air treatment.
Q:What power supply is required?
A:
The standard supply is 380V / 50Hz / three-phase. Other voltages and frequencies, and other site electrical requirements, can be confirmed at the time of order.
Q:Is the delivered air oil-free?
A:
These units are oil-lubricated screw machines; oil is separated and filtered through the intercooler, aftercooler and separation system. If your process requires oil-free air, please tell us and we will propose a suitable configuration.
Q:Do you supply matched air treatment equipment?
A:
Dryers, filters and air receivers can be supplied or specified together with the compressor so that pressure dew point and air quality match your blowing process. State your air-quality requirements in the enquiry.
