Routine maintenance covers inspection and periodic renewal of the intake filter, compressor oil and filter elements. Recommended oil change intervals are 1,000-2,000 hours depending on model and duty cycle. Refer to the manual supplied with your unit for the exact schedule and oil grade.

Low delivery is usually caused by a blocked intake filter, valve leakage or a damaged valve plate, worn piston rings, line or joint leakage, or insufficient speed from low voltage or frequency. High discharge temperature usually points to a dirty cooler, insufficient or over-warm cooling water, high ambient temperature, or valve leakage causing backflow. Abnormal oil consumption is typically worn piston or scraper rings, or an over-high oil level.
