Q:Which pressure class should I choose for valve and pipeline leak testing?

Units are supplied in 250 bar, 350 bar and 400 bar classes. The right class depends on the test standard, the rated pressure of the valve, gauge, pipeline or cylinder under test, and the required pressure ramp. Please send your test specification so we can confirm the matching model.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
For standard models, 7-15 working days when in stock, and 20-30 working days when production scheduling is required. Customized or OEM orders generally take 30-45 working days. The exact lead time is confirmed with you before the contract is signed.
Q:Can the compressor run continuously during shift-based leak testing?
A:
The series is designed for continuous duty in testing workshops, using multi-stage piston compression with intercooling and aftercooling. Recommended duty conditions and maintenance intervals are given in the manual supplied with the unit.
Q:What is the minimum order quantity? Can I order one unit for testing?
A:
MOQ varies by model and specification. Trial orders of 1-2 units are accepted so you can verify performance under your own working conditions before moving to volume purchasing or agency cooperation.
Q:Is the delivered air oil-free?
A:
These units are oil-lubricated piston machines; oil is separated and filtered through the intercooler, aftercooler and separation system. If your test process requires oil-free air, please tell us and we will propose a suitable configuration.
