Flow rate is matched to the number of test stations, chamber or line volume, the required pressure ramp time and the leakage allowance. Share your station count, test volume and target pressure, and we will size the unit; the final configuration is confirmed before order.

We work with FOB (default ports: Shanghai / Ningbo / Shenzhen), CIF to your nominated port, and EXW. Sea, air and express shipments can be arranged, and each unit is packed in an export wooden case suitable for long-distance sea freight. Full customs documents are provided: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, user manual and safety documentation.

Operation manuals in Chinese and English, test records and the documents required for customs clearance are supplied with the shipment. Any market-specific certification requirements should be stated in your enquiry so we can confirm what can be provided.

Export-grade wooden cases are used as standard. For long-distance sea routes or multiple transshipments, moisture-proof vacuum inner packing and anti-rust treatment are recommended in addition.

Units are supplied in 250 bar, 350 bar and 400 bar classes. The right class depends on the test standard, the rated pressure of the valve, gauge, pipeline or cylinder under test, and the required pressure ramp. Please send your test specification so we can confirm the matching model.
