How can I get a sample?

Fabric samples are free if in stock, but customers pay delivery costs. For repeat customers with orders over $5000, we provide two free samples including delivery.

What is the packing method?

We use normal roll packing with tubes. Regularly, each roll contains 50-150M or 10-30kgs. Customized packing is also available.

Q:Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Shaoxing Keqiao, China, known as China Textile City. It is 2 hours from Shanghai and 30 minutes from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport.

Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The regular MOQ is 500KG or 2000 meters per color. For printed fabrics, it is 1000KG/Design, and for digital print, it is 2000-3000 meters per order.

Q:What is the production lead time?

It takes 20-35 days for standard products (20GP/40HQ). Other times depend on quantity and specific requirements. Off-season lead time is within 15 workdays.

Q:What are your payment terms?

We accept TT, DP at sight, and LC at sight. The actual term is based on evaluation. We also accept PayPal.
