Q:Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in Shaoxing Keqiao, China, known as China Textile City. It is a 2-hour drive from Shanghai and 30 minutes from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport.

Q:What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The regular MOQ is 500KG or 2000 meters per color. For printing, it is 1000KG per design, and for digital printing, it is 2000-3000 meters per order.

Q:What is the production lead time?

It takes 20-35 days for standard products (20GP/40HQ). Other times depend on quantity and requirements. Off-season lead time is within 15 workdays.

Q:What are the payment terms?

We accept TT, DP at sight, and LC at sight. The actual payment term is based on evaluation.
