To save on freight costs, the house is shipped in its folded state. One unit fits perfectly into a standard 40HQ container. It is 90% pre-assembled; you only need to expand the two wings after it arrives.
Q:How long is the delivery time?
A:
Production typically takes 20-25 days. Shipping time depends on your location (e.g., 25-35 days to the USA/Europe).
Q:Is it difficult to install? Do I need a crane?
A:
Installation is very simple. It takes 4-5 people about 2 hours to expand. You will need a crane or a heavy-duty forklift to lift the unit from the shipping container and place it on your foundation.
Q:Do I need a concrete foundation?
A:
Not necessarily. You can place it on concrete piers, a gravel bed, or even a level solid ground. However, we recommend concrete piers for long-term stability and better drainage.
Q:Does the electrical and plumbing meet my country's standards?
A:
