Q:Are you a factory or trading company?

Our company has two factories: one hardware accessories factory producing metal items (iron, brass, zinc alloy) with die casting and stamping machines, and another belt factory producing leather, webbing, and woven belts.

Q:Where is your factory? Can we visit you?

Our factory is in Fujian, and we have three offices located in Yiwu, Fujian, and Dongguan. We welcome visits to our offices or factory and prepare tea for guests.

Q:Can I get some free samples?

If we have stock, we can send samples for free; you only pay freight or provide a courier account. For custom logo samples, you must pay sample making and mold fees, but these are refunded after placing a bulk order.

Q:How long can I get the sample from you?

For stock samples, we send them out right away with 3-7 days shipping. For custom design samples, it takes 3-10 days.
